Help make life a little better for those in need by donating $2 to “Camping for a Cause” when you make your 2009 camping reservations. The Taylors will match all camper donations. “Camping for a Cause” is a new charity fundraising effort started by Alan and Linda Taylor, owners of Taylor’s Beach Campground.

“Camping for a Cause” donations will be split equally between two worthy organizations: The Armed Services Mutual Benefit Association Star Foundation and the Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness.

Taylor’s Beach Campground will also hold a special “Camping for a Cause” weekend, August 21-23. The event filled weekend includes a bake sale and a 50/50 raffle to provide additional support for the fundraising effort.
