For campers who are looking for a longer term spot, we offer both a monthly option and a seasonal option. Our Monthly option is for customers who are looking for a weekend getaway, while our seasonal campsites offer an everyday option.

What is the difference between a seasonal camper and a monthly camper?
Seasonal campers are expecting to stay on site approximately one or two days a week on site throughout the season, while our monthly campers are expecting to stay on site each day. While we do not formally track seasonal campers, those who abuse this honor system are subject to additional fees and/or face potential eviction.

What are some benefits to being a seasonal / monthly camper versus being a transient camper?
Campers with an extended stay are able to bring their own golf cart (provided they are 21 with a valid license and abide by all Campground Rules), are able to schedule rented time of our pavilion with our main office, as well as free rental of paddleboats and other rentables throughout the week (Based on availability)
